BARRIQUE CABARNET SAUVIGNON 2006
2750,00An old grape variety originating from France, extensively cultivated in Anatolia. Produced from grapes obtained from Cahit Kutman vineyards in Ipsala, the wine is aged for 12 months in Spanish oak barrels before being bottled and left to age in cellars. Mature cherry, raspberry, and blackberry aromas are felt in the mouth and throat for a long time. It can be enjoyed with appetizers, grilled dishes, and soufflés, before or after meals.

BARRIQUE KALECİK KARASI 2006
2750,00Kalecik, grown in Ankara's Kalecik town, is one of Anatolia's oldest grape varieties. After being aged for 12 months in Spanish oak barrels, it is bottled and aged in cellars. Kalecik Karası reflects its unique cinnamon and clove aromas, with a dense, full-bodied structure and silky transitions, providing a refreshing sensation in the mouth. It pairs well with nuts, cheese platters (aged kashar, Gruyere, Grana Padano, and smoked cheeses), as well as with red meat grills and sauced dishes.

2750,00From Cahit Kutman vineyards in Elazığ and Diyarbakır, where ecological farming is practiced, using grapes ripened under the region's excellent sun and wind conditions, the wine is produced through natural fermentation methods. Öküzgözü grapes have large, round, dark black-colored berries with moderately thick skins and bold tannins. When ripe, Öküzgözü grapes have high acidity and low sugar content. Wines made from Öküzgözü grapes have high acidity and low alcohol content. It pairs well with Gravyer, Roquefort, Emmantal, and smoked Circassian cheese, along with nuts and almonds.

BARRIQUE ZİNFANDEL 2016
2500,00Produced from high-quality grapes obtained from the special vineyards established in the Ipsala region, using natural fermentation methods. Our 2015 Zinfandel & Cabernet Sauvignon blend is obtained by blending separately produced and fermented Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel wines in special proportions, aged separately for 12 months in Spanish oak barrels, then blended with a special ratio. It can be enjoyed as an appetizer with nuts and almonds, as well as with aged kashar, smoked Circassian cheese, mozzarella, and Roquefort cheeses, or with grilled fish and rare red meats.
